  Relocation Information  Linda Vista Elementary School  Becomes New Site For All Saint Children's Center

All Saints Children’s Center has provided high quality child care and early childhood education to the greater Pasadena community for over 35 years., and All Saints Church has always provided rent-free space and support . However, the church is about to undergo an expansion that requires it to reclaim the space ASCC occupies.

The City of Pasadena has approved our conditional use permit ("CUP") and the Pasadena Unified School District extended our lease through August 2009.  All Saints Church has graciously agreed to extend our time to stay in our current space through the end of December 2008.

We have selected ModSpace as the provider of the new modular units for our new site.  ModSpace will provide new, custom outfitted units that will comply with State and daycare licensing requirements.

We have been working with designers, contractors, utility companies, modular companies, the City of Pasadena, and the Pasadena School District to make this transition to the new location.  Our revised estimate for the move is now the end of August 2008 in time for the new school year.

The site work has begun with the untilites being installed.  The modular units are scheduled for delivery beginning Monday, October 27, 2008.  The delivery and installation of all units will take time. 

As soon as a move in date has been determined, we will post the information on the web site.
